Sales Manager Consulting Services EMEA (pipeline) - (180001UG)
 
Carlson Wagonlit Travel Solutions Group department delivers global consulting services to corporate companies assisting them optimizing their travel spend with four practices : Data Insight, Supplier management, Traveler Engagement and Mobility consulting.
The Consulting Sales Manager is responsible to grow revenue primarily through the acquisition of new customers across one or multiple practices in a given location.
This is a key position in the development of CWT Solutions Group! We want talented and enthusiast individuals with strong consultative selling skills and apetite to work in a closely knit team!
Grow Solutions Group business in EMEA


  • You meet sales target in EMEA in the attributed zone
  • You generate leads through networking, presence at industry events and collaboration with other businesses at CWT

Lead each step of the sales cycle


  • Build a strong pipe of prospects in Europe
  • Deliver capability presentations and meet prospects
  • Prepare pricing and scope of work documents for validation

Build Solutions Group long term development


  • We want you to be proactive in identifying innovative solutions or process improvements as well as submit recommendations
  • Assume project management responsibilities for other activities and developments as necessary

 

Qualifications

 
  • You lead strong business development track record
  • Bring your analytical skills
  • You are able to interact with all levels of management across international borders
  • We need individuals capable of setting priorities and work in a fast paced multiproject environment
  • Proven project management skills including ability to juggle many conflicting priorities
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You are an expert in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • As necessary regular international travel will be required
