The Role

As a Documentation /  Project coordinator, you will be responsible for the product registration / notification of products to the European Poison Centers and the maintenance of the notification processes primarily supporting IFF’s Fragrance Division. You will be IFF’s liaison to the Toxicological Institutes and the point of contact for internal inquiries. In this role you report to the Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) Manager – EAME in Hilversum (The Netherlands).

Your day to day will include, but is not limited to the following:

  • Utilizing SAP systems the Documentation/Project Coordinator extracts the required hazard and other product specific information or documentation to finalize and complete IFF’s product registration to the European Poison Centers through existing databases.
  • The Documentation/Project Coordinator plays a central role in the accurate and timely notification of IFF products. He/she ensures that recurring information is maintained in our SAP systems and communicated via documents and product labels.
  • The function involves a high level of independent work and communication with the internal commercial and regulatory teams, and various European Poison Centers.
