Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Directly manages the demand plan for 40 to 60% of the EMEA region’s volume for the brand.
  • Accountable for own cluster of categories, taking direction from the RDP manager or Senior DP as needed.
  • Ensures forecast reasonability across rest of the affiliates in the region (where there is a local demand planner), leverages regional trends analysis and regional insights, follows-up KPIs and sets-up concrete solutions.
  • Leads the forecasting process for the new launches
  • Conducts new product launches reviews with the brand teams to analyze post launch performances and prepare future launches forecasts.
  • Facilitates the Regional Consensus Cycle meetings focusing on Demand Plan building blocks, Risks and Opportunities, Demand Valuation and Forecast Reconciliation. Facilitates the regional Brand SIOP meeting.
  • Collaborates with the supply planning organization to proactively communicate demand changes and work service and inventory impacts.
  • Leads Forecast Accuracy improvement plan for the brand through thorough root cause analysis and action planning where appropriate.
  • Works to continuously improve Demand Planning work processes; own cross-brands process or system improvement

 

 



 

Qualifications

 

Requirements:

  • Master degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in supply chain
  • Knowledge of APO SAP is an advantage
  • Strong leadership skills and communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong personal computer skills
