Whether it’s bringing our Employer Brand to life through targeted recruitment advertising channels or driving a talent pool strategy, you will be passionate about delivering a flawless candidate experience, constantly seeking to make improvements and drive efficiency. You will support the talent agenda for full recruitment lifecycle, including volume campaigns, acting as a key source of expertise for the hiring manager whilst building strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver and problem solve against current and future hiring needs. A key responsibility will be to coordinate and liaise with the MBS WE Recruitment team to promote Ways of Working in-country and link between HR and MBS.

You will report into the Western Europe Talent Acquisition Lead located in Clamart.


  • Sourcing and attracting the best possible external talent; selecting the most appropriate sourcing channels.
  • Advertising in line with our employer value proposition (EVP), ensuring we have access to, and connections with, the best possible talent available in our industry and elsewhere.
  • Assessing and selecting the best possible talent (both internally and externally) by utilising innovative assessment and selection techniques to maximise the right recruiting decisions. 
  • Owning the end to end candidate management process to ensure a market leading candidate experience.
  • Develop and work to retain the best talent, build a pipeline of talents
  • Build a strong, durable and trust relationship with the stakeholders
  • Communicate the TA strategy to key business stakeholders and communicate pro-actively on the activity and TA news 
  • Ability to produce TA reporting, analyze datas and do recommendations in link with the local and global strategy
  • Analyze, understand and communicate insights about the context and main challenges of the WE market
  • Drive quality and change at a local level.
  • Ensure smooth Ways of Working and drive effectiveness with MBS.
  • Facilitate the link between the CoE team and MBS.
  • Upskilling line managers to ensure increased accountability for recruitment.
  • Be part of TA projects



  • With a focus on delivery and drive for results, you will have experience of recruiting across a number of different disciplines and countries in a commercial environment.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible, you will manage your workload and the differing requirements for the functions/locations as appropriate.
  • You will be comfortable with qualifying data and compiling reports.
  • Significant direct sourcing and networking experience.
  • Ability to operate in a constantly changing environment, to work through ambiguity quickly and proactively, developing new skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and manage key relationships with multiple and challenging stakeholders.
  • Strong planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • High level of written and spoken English and French.
