Our site (Le Locle) is looking for a committed:
QS Staff Engineer 
Responsibilities:
Quality systems management
Prepare and lead Quality System Management Reviews.

Ensure, maintain and improve a robust CAPA and NR infrastructure & processes.

Ensure gap assessment process and continuous improvement of Quality System procedures.


Manage complaint process.

Conduct investigation for NR, CAPA, audit linked to Quality System.


 
Projects management

Lead and participate in ongoing projects to support Compliance, Business Growth and Development


Monitoring

Establish, maintain and improve some metrics demonstrating efficiency of the processes described above

Support the generation and review of metrics relevant to the Quality System.


 
Team management

Manages the day-to-day operations of the Quality Systems staff.


Manage QS Engineers and QS Analysts.
Conduct internal trainings on Quality System processes.



Qualifications

 
Background skills:
Experience of 6-8 years experience in a related industry
University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Knowledge of ISO & FDA regulations
Experience of working in a GMP environment
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point
Experienced in managing small to medium sized projects

Experienced in working across multiple functions and countries

Project management and organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication ideally in English and French
