The Program Coordinator is directly responsible for delivering consultative solutions for tactical and operational service delivery under MSP, for lifecycle activities for TVCs (Temps, Vendors, Contractors), from onboarding to exit and everything inbetween.


  • Provide front-line customer service to internal team members, clients, suppliers and other users of the Program
  • Build relationships with hiring community and act as ambassador for the Program to drive awareness
  • Align with and support Program Consultant/s and Manager/s as directed:
  • Briefing calls, shortlisting, interview scheduling, chasing feedback
  • Coordinating with hiring managers, suppliers, conference rooms for seamless interview scheduling
  • Worker management cases for assigned countries
  • Payroll cases as assigned
  • Volume tactical tasks via case management system (GUTS)
  • Support timesheet, invoicing and audits as a trained back-up
  • Worker onboarding including compliance checks and orientation delivery
  • Assist to achieve (and ideally exceed) Program deliverables and SLAs
  • Assist with innovations and improvements, and participate in special projects
  • Understand Program, worker classifications, delivery scope and SLAs
  • Understand Google policies and impact on hiring/Program
  • Understand recruitment best practices, country legislations and emerging trends
  • Check data integrity and acceptable use of VMS tool (Fieldglass)
  • Assist with regional and global reporting and analysis
  • Support team members during vacation and busy periods
  • Support Vendor team activities and GUTS as requested


  • Bachelor's Degree holder or relevant work experience
  • At least 2 years of relative work experience 
  • Quality customer focus and service, always focusing on the solution
  • Attitude/approach for taking ownership and finding solutions
  • Ability to work flexibly and deal with ambiguity, think on your feet in an ever-changing environment
  • Adapt to the personal styles and cultural differences of your teammates and users
  • Assertive and aware, good judgement, strength of character
  • Motivated by collaboration and teamwork
  • Exposure to HR, staffing, recruiting environment/s, with track record of increased responsibility
  • Impeccable communication skills in English
  • Prioritising and time management
  • MSP and VMS experience (desirable)
  • MAC and Google Docs experience (desirable)
