To support the development and maintenance of business in the region, to assist OE customers and distributors in all commercial and technical aspects, to support implementation of sales and

marketing strategy with a focus on heavy industry market.

Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to sell companys products and services within a designated geographic territory or, by nature of customers. Focuses on personal sales targets, new business development, maintaining customer relationships and support to solve specific customer problems.

Lead all activities for some global OEMs with headquarters in France

Manage customer coordination from A to Z to ensure alignment in terms of pricing, products and services


Achieve sales and pricing targets for the selected Key accounts based upon directions/strategies from sales management

using the entire Timken product & services portfolio

Strengthen and manage selected relationships at corporate level between strategic OE partners and the Timken Company

Develop Key account sales and Pricing plans containing tactics to meet strategic goals. Set direction for activities in support

of these key accounts

Position timken as technical leader for friction management in current and new applications

Ensure fast and reliable communication with other Timken teams in order to harvest the spare market generated by the

respective key account applications

Supports the development of business plans for each account in line with the guidelines of respective FEU Plans.

Supports sales management and other sales professionals in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market.

Manages all company interactions with assigned customers.

Handles all commercial negotiations with customers.

Provides support for Timken activities related to all new channels development, sales and product promotions, collateral materials, trade shows, marketing communication, services development for customers and markets assigned.

Develops strong communication and planning linkages with the appropriate global sales force, other industry segments and production plants, to ensure accomplishment of business plans and customer sales objectives.

Offers support in special projects/programs as assigned such as training, communication sessions within or outside of the

company as well as major promotions, new product launches, new marketing initiatives.

Mechanical expertise. Ability to hold technical discussion from designer to director

Fluent in English oral & written

Good expertise in problem solving, technical and/or commercial and ability to get the right people involved

Solid customer relation skills both in account management and in relational

Openess to multi cultural environment both internal and external

Ability to conduct meetings/teleconferences with worldwide attendees
