The Planification is the central activity of our operations, between auditors and sales department. The Planification Department is looking for a 4th person to strengthen the team until the end of the year. DNV GL Business Assurance is a human size company (40 people in France) but part of worldwide group. The planning officer will report to the Planner Responsible.

Job description:


Planification / Scheduling:

  • Scheduling the audits/assessments according to DNV GL Business Assurance goals and rules, assign auditor on audit

  • On line with the different accreditation, you will define time for each activity

  • Follow up of the different scheduling standards/requirements and appliance of new rules


  • Supporting of project manager on the Key Customer files

  • Collaboration with foreign DNV GL units in order to manage the international customer scheduling
  • Ensuring of the quality of the information flow between DNV GL (support departments) and the other players (auditors, customers)

Customer management:

  • Understanding of customers’ needs in term of scheduling and answering

  • Updating the database with documents and customer changes

  • Follow up and updating of the auditor qualification


  • Weaknesses detecting in order to maintain improvement of inter and intra services relations


  • You want to discover the Business Assurance sector and develop your organization skills.

  • You are a digital native and like working on different softwares. You are known as an organized, rigorous person who like analysis and solving problems. You are customer centric and appreciate taking initiatives. You are easy-going and have a good team spirit.

  • You are able to read and write in English.

Degree/ professional experience:

  • Graduated to 2 years of experience (no intern, no apprenticeship, no trainee)

  • Grade 2 years post A-degree (bts) in Supply Chain, planification, project assistant.
