Officer - Payroll and Time
  • Conduct the operations of employee payroll, time, social security and tax related matters, as well as relevant service delivery to all kinds of
  • Conduct SAP system implementation in order to deliver accurate and on time outcome result, e.g. monthly payroll, annual salary adjustment, monthly tax withholding, annual tax filing, social insurance and housing fund calculation and base adjustment, termination package etc. Act as SME to support team continuous improvement activities.
  • Assistant to review and update PY/PT related documents and files with teamwork, e.g. SWI, SOP, operation handbook, employee handbook, FAQ, etc.
  • Participate in operations excellence activities for process and system optimization, as well as relevant projects.
  • Work with vendors for accurate and in time outcome delivery, as well as monitor the vendor performance index through routine and /or project works.
  • Provide personnel related administrative support to employees and HR functional teams.
  • To take the role of sub-team leader when required, to assist supervisor to develop team member’s knowledge, skill, competency, etc., as well as organize team work discussion for improving the whole team’s quality level.
  • Be able to handle any ad hoc task and/or project that is assigned by supervisor.
