We are seeking a Mechanical Design Project Manager for our line of lifting equipment to help the company grow.
Job Summary:
Following an integration phase, the primary duties will be to:

  • Help continually improve existing products (work with the company to perform VA/VE)
  • Provide product and plant support (production, sourcing, quality)
  • Help launch production of new products
  • Work with the sales and marketing divisions to perform feasibility studies (of cost and time) for special cases
  • Use Pro/Engineer software to create on-time, on-budget plans for lifting equipment ensembles and sub-ensembles according to customer specifications
  • Modify and adapt standard products to customer needs
  • Author technical documents
  • Work with customers and/or certification bodies to conduct validation tests for special cases (some travel may be required to install equipment at customer sites)
  • Occasionally coordinate designers for certain projects


  • M.S. in Engineering or Bachelor’s with proven experience
  • Specialization in mechanics and ideally hydraulics
  • Experience in mechanical design
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency with a 3D design tool (preferably Pro/Engineer)
