IT Application Manager (18001159)

General Description

 

As an IT Applications Manager, you will ensure the permanent availability, the update and the support of software tools (applications) for our manufacturing site. You will provide an up-to-date set of software applications to meet the needs of users. You will support users and project teams in the implementation of new solutions and projects.


A week in the life of an IT Applications Manager

  • Provide the necessary support to ensure the efficiency of users on the site (in the manufacturing area)
  • Ensure maximum availability of IT tools in relation to defined objectives.
  • Maintain deployed tools working in the compliant environment.
  • Ensure the backup of the solutions and the restoration if necessary in collaboration with the IT Manufacturing Manager of the site.
  • Manage the tools fleet in liaison with the various internal and / or external suppliers in collaboration with local customer teams
  • Put new IT tools into operation in the framework of projects, in coordination with the users, the NPI team, the PSE team and the IT Manufacturing team.
  • To manage user acceptance and local deployment of corporate tools in the workshops
  • Apply the procedures and deploy the technical solutions defined by the central services.
  • Ensure the durability and integration of new solutions in the existing on demand and in collaboration with the local customers.
  • Ensure that information security is assured on the site.
  • Propose and implement solutions or changes to optimize the use of IT tools production management.
  • Respect the standards of computer security in collaboration with local and central IT security teams.
  • Ensure compliance of the IT department with the various standards and certification standards (ISO9000, ISO27001, Visa, MC, CB, PCI CP ...).
  • Respect the budget set by the IT manager.
  • Monitor and process Vulnerabilities in collaboration with IT Manufacturing
  • Using KPI, report the effectiveness of IT support tools, the availability of tools, their compliance with standards and the monitoring of projects.

 Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • You must have a Bac +5 or equivalent in an IT cursus.
  • You must have experience with Network knowledge and office tools, Windows administration, VMWare, Oracle.
  • You must have knowledge of WCE Lean, ITIL concepts.
  • You must have experience in manufacturing.
  • You must be fluent in French and English (professional level read, written, spoken)
  • We are looking for someone who is organized, rigorous and autonomous and who is able to build and maintain professional relationships.
