Our Interiors activity is looking for a Covering & Premium Wrapping Industrial Process Senior Manager (M//F) to be based in Méru (France) OR Valencia (Spain) OR Hagenbach (Germany) - 70% international travel time.


Within "Industrial Process & Performance EXcellence" (IPEX) team, the Senior Manager is responsible for ensuring and developing covering & premium wrapping industrial process and  performance within 46 plants worldwide where these technologies are present for Interiors Business Group.


The main missions of the role are to:


-Build a global network of process specialists in Interiors plants for covering & premium wrapping technology.


-Promote & organize cross-regional actions (shareplace, events, trainings, mobility)

  • Define global strategy in cooperation with VP/Head of Operations.
  • Define skill level and competence requirements of plant process engineers.
  • Identify initial candidates as regional Referents in plants in Cooperation with Operations Directors.
  • Maintain and animate the network with the regional coordinators (support, communication).
  • Make sure the Regional Networks start their communication.
  • Organize and foster relationship between the plants.
  • Organize and execute physical meetings, lead workshops.
  • Support the specialists in their daily work.
  • Identify potentials, support the development of individuals.
  • Offer job career opportunities in collaboration with HR.
  • Prevent retentions.  

-Be a Referent for technology & standards, short, medium & long term, in close cooperation with Engineering teams dedicated to Covering Industrial Technology
  • Organise and maintain overall KPI & reporting consolidation & improvement through dashboard of process roadmaps per plant.
  • Monitor and communicate the key figures.
  • Organize and execute trainings of plant members following different initiatives (e.g. motherplant), Network Members or others.
  • Application of IPEX Roadmaps in all plants executed by plant specialists.
  • Introduce, apply and boost the use of Standards and Guidelines in FIS for covering technologies during trainings, program reviews.
-Ensure an Expert Role for Covering and Premium Wrapping - Faurecia Groupwide  in close cooperation with Engineering teams dedicated to Covering Industrial Technology

  • Follow technology news, trends and developments both inside and outside Faurecia.
  • Coordinate the development and industrial approach in definition of Process, Tools and Equipment for covering processes within Faurecia Interior Systems.
  • Contribute to the creation of new standards and guidelines.
  • Play an Expert Role during the definition of Faurecia Interiors strategy.

-Lead Digital Transformation in Covering and Premium Wrapping technology, in Faurecia Interiors.





Qualifications

 

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Industrial technical degree, ideally engineer
  • 10 to 15 years of industrial experience, including a solid profesional experience abroad or with international scope
  • Strong track record of demonstrated managerial skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high communication competences
  • International mindset and ability to work remotely
  • Team play, autonomy, rigor and sense of service
  • Global approach and priority management
  • High commitment / willing to travel / fluency in English, some knowledge in other languages appreciated





Profile:

Candidates will have at least 10/15 years of successful operational Human Resources experience including labor relations in a very international company. Experience of change management & reorganisation in an industrial/engineering environment. Expertise in matrix and multicultural environment with cross country interfaces.


Key : someone coming from companies that went through some real transformations / and innovative HR wise. Therefore he will have acquired an expertise in that field and will be able to share and then “infuse” some of the initiatives he has been exposed.
