Our Interiors activity is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (M//F) to be based in Méru - 60, France  (40% international travel time).


The  HRBP will be responsible for 2,000 engineers of Interiors Engineering Division located in France, Germany, India, China and US.

Engineering is the laboratory for the HR initiatives in term of management / competencies / new way of working etc. 


The main missions of the role are to:

  • Define the HR policy of Faurecia Interior Systems Engineering division in accordance with the  Faurecia Group guidelines.
  • Participate in high level Governance (e.g. Organization Management and HR Reporting).
  • Manage resource allocations of related entity.
  • Implement and coordinate HR issues within Interior Systems Engineering division.
  • Coordinate talents review.
  • Secure the development of the business in term of resources and skills.
  • Report HR issues to the Group Management.
  • Represent Interior Systems Engineering division internally and externally in all forums/meetings linked to HR matters.
  • Oversee employee relations counseling.
  • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements and efficiency within Interior Systems Engineering people.
  • Maintain Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.
  • Maintain compliance with EU and local labor laws.
  • Deploy engineering academic (mentoring, knowledge, international potential, on boarding processes…).

As member of Faurecia Interiors Engineering management committee, the HRBP manages functionally the HR team of Interiors Engineering local entities.


The position reports directly to the Engineering Vice President and functionally to the Interiors HR Vice President.



The ideal candidate will have/be:



Candidates will have at least 10/15 years of successful operational Human Resources experience including labor relations in a very international company. Experience of change management & reorganisation in an industrial/engineering environment. Expertise in matrix and multicultural environment with cross country interfaces.

Key : someone coming from companies that went through some real transformations / and innovative HR wise. Therefore he will have acquired an expertise in that field and will be able to share and then “infuse” some of the initiatives he has been exposed.

  • Strong influencing capabilities and professional interaction with top level managers
  • Strong sense of service and high customer orientation.
  • Talent management skills (recruitment, training, leadership coaching).
  • Multi- cultural teams management.
  • Labour relations ( France & Germany ).
  • Human Resources information systems, metrics and data.
  • University degree with specialization in HR.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Talent for multitasking and prioritising.
