Title: Customisation Account Director

The C Series Aircraft Limited Partnership (CSALP) was created in July 2016 by Bombardier and Investissement Québec (IQ). In October 2017, Airbus announced its intention to join the CSALP joint venture as majority owner (closing of the investment is expected mid-year 2018). The CSALP program office will remain located in Mirabel (Québec, Canada) where the CS100 and CS300 aircraft are manufactured by a team of some 1,800 employees. In 2019, a second assembly line is expected to begin operations in Mobile (Alabama, USA).

About the C Series Aircraft

The C Series single-aisle aircraft is uniquely designed to serve the 100- to 150-seat market. The aircraft's phenomenal economic proposition and performance support the opening of new opportunities for single-aisle operations.

Comprised of the CS100 and the larger CS300 aircraft, the C Series family represents the fusion of performance and technology. The resulting aircraft deliver unmatched performance and economics in the 100- to 150-seat market segment and an 18 per cent lower cost per passenger, making them the ideal candidates to complement larger single-aisle aircraft.

The cabin design and flexibility ensure an unrivalled passenger experience. The aircraft's larger seats, overhead bins and windows deliver a wide body feel that offers passengers unparalleled comfort in a single-aisle cabin. The CS100 and the CS300 aircraft have over 99 per cent parts commonality as well as Same Type Rating. The groundbreaking Pratt & Whitney PurePower PW1500G engine, combined with the aircraft's advanced aerodynamics, delivers reduced fuel burn, noise, and emissions making the C Series the most community-friendly aircraft.

We have opportunities in Toulouse and Washington.

In your role, you will:

- Ensure intrinsic value of the Airbus standard specification and Customisation is properly taken into account in Customer's evaluation of Airbus A/C,

- Sell customised definitions profitably, up to and including A/C invoicing and delivery,

- Negotiate and obtaining contractual agreements on A/C final specification from the Airline Customer in line with Airbus directives and in the frame of pre-defined milestones.

- Provide prompt and effective commercial/technical support to Airbus Commercial team (Business Unit) during A/C Sales campaigns,

- Provide the final airline technical specification and obtaining contractual agreements in line with pre-defined milestones and in close communication with Program, Engineering and Procurement functions,

- Promote proactively consistent solutions with Program/Production constraints and policies,

- Adapt customisation offers and associated pricing to meet Customers' requirements and Airbus commercial and offerability policy objectives,

- Assist as required the Delivery team during A/C technical and contractual acceptance phases prior to and during delivery,

- Work proactively together with Customer Services to ensure a continuity between forward fit and support/retrofit activities,

- Ensure competitive specification and customisation presentations and budgets that contribute to success (including profitability) of Sales campaign activity,

- Finalize on-time the A/C customisation process to Customer satisfaction while obtaining best financial results in the customisation field and respecting guidelines and objectives of Pricing, Commercial business unit and Programs,

- Manage Customer relationship in relation with A/C customisation and its multi-functional team approach.



As our ideal candidate,

- You hold a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or in Business Administration

- You have at least 5 years' experience in project management, commercial which allowed you to master

- Airbus products,

- Avionics systems and cabin,

- Sales,

- You possess commercial and sales talent

- You have good interpersonal and negotiation skills

- You have dynamism, autonomy, flexibility and ability to take a step back

- You are able to take leadership, to establish good and fruitful relationship with customers, to manage conflicting interests between several parties convergent, to manage several active projects simultaneously.

- You have excellent command of English language, with knowledge of French language
