Purpose of the Position: 


In Europe, Mondelēz International is a category-based organization marketing products in three principal categories, either directly or through a joint venture: Biscuits, Chocolate, and Gum&Candy.
On the European level, these are the categories that guide the development and implementation of the growth strategies for the entire company.
In France, Mondelēz International markets products in all these categories, and has decided to support the growth of its business through cross-functional activations of its brands and categories, aiming to increase consumer loyalty and circulate consumers between brands and categories.
The customer relationship management (CRM) program Ma vie en couleurs is born out of this objective in 2011, and over several years has already become a very powerful tool.
The organization of the department rests on three pillars:

  • BtoC: Continue to support the growth of the core business (MVEC France), via the development of continuously renewed editorial and promotional content for the BtoC target 
  • BtoB: Develop the MondelēzPro program, created two years ago to support the AFH commercial activity. The program rests on targeted content using networks and on rewards to activate demand.
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities: extension of existing tools to certain brands/categories, new targets (BtoB), new routes to market (e-commerce)
  • Within the Ma vie en couleurs France program, the CRM Development Project Manager is responsible for implementing and coordinating the CRM BtoB activities, in order to support the permanent and profitable growth of these tools.





Primary Activities/Responsibilities:
 


Coordinate the CRM program Ma vie en couleurs Overseas – 5%:
  • Support the CRM Development Manager in the development of the strategy of the CRM program
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines (legal, regulatory, etc.), and the compliance of recommended and implemented measures
  • Manage the detailed budget of the program and monitor invoicing
  • Monitor the performance of the program and recommend areas of improvement if necessary
  • Manage and coordinate the office in the implementation of different actions
  • Ensure business monitoring of the CRM, editorial, and promotional actions in these regions, as well as monitoring of the principal competitors
  • Implementation of brand measures

 
 
Develop the BtoB AFH CRM program – 80%:
  • Support the CRM Development Manager in the design of the BtoB AFH CRM program strategy
  • Understand and analyze the priority targets of the IC network and their potential in CRM
  • Define action plans for the program: editorial content, brand coordination, promotion plans, etc.
  • Ensure monitoring of the database
  • Coordinate the front office site (content, brand areas, transaction campaign, media) + be available for the back office
  • Manage and coordinate internal communication
  • Monitor customer service
  • Ensure the coordination of the various service providers: Tessi, Sweet, Consultix, ComAround, Coreweb
  • Lead and coordinate the Chemistry agency in the implementation of various measures
  • Manage the detailed budget of the program (A&C and promotion), in agreement with the IC direction and the categories, and monitor invoicing
  • Monitor the performance of the program and recommend areas of improvement if necessary
  • Ensure the monitoring of the CRM, editorial, and promotional actions of the principal competitors

Investigate and develop the CRM BtoB and BtoC Retail growth areas – 15%:
  • Support the CRM Development Manager in the development of the strategy of the CRM program in Retail
  • Understand and analyze the priority targets and their potential in CRM
  • Define the action plans of the new initiatives
  • Ensure the monitoring of the CRM, editorial, and promotional actions of the principal competitors




Qualifications

 
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Languages Required:


Knowledge: including education (under- and postgraduate) and qualifications:

  • BA or MBA (Marketing or Business Administration)  
  • Good understanding of marketing issues  
  • Good understanding of trade issues  



Technical and leadership skills:

Experience :
  • Digital experience
  • 5 years’ experience in Marketing, BP, Export, or IC (Preferred)
  • FMCG experience Required (Preferred)
