Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Account Management, the Corporate Success Manager will assume responsibility for Medium accounts between 600K€ and 2.5Millions of budget.
What you'll do:
- You will actively sell additional products and Egencia's added-value
- You will visit clients and deal with commercial requests
- You will ensure to deliver the quarterly business reviews for the listed clients
- You will handle actions with Front & Back office teams to ensure customer happiness
- You will lead RFP's answers and contract renewals
- You will run customer retention and avoid churn
- You will report all activities into the CRM Tool (Salesforce)
What you bring to the job:
- English mandatory and French (native or bilingual)
- Confirmed first successful experience managing and building client relationships in a B2B market
- A good knowledge of travel industry and previous experience with travel technology products preferred
- Excellent communication, listening and presentation skills
- Able to work autonomously, combining attention to detail with innovation and problem solving skills
- Ability to travel regularly within France (15-20%)
