Reason for the position
 
Prepare and Conduct the Loss Analysis Process:

  • Preparing financial data for the Loss Analysis of 7 Mondelez financial factories
  • Taking down ownership of the existing Excel file : filling and running, in order to have all the factory/data collections 
  • Collecting and extracting of all performance data ; WASTE / GE etc for all sites in 2017 
  • Implementing Pareto analysis on Performance and cross analysis regarding comparable themes : MOVI / DVE / Fixed Cost
  • Preparing Standard Animation support to guarantee a good level of animation
  • Participating in Loss Analysis : Implementation of Board / Animation
  • Editing the Cluster / production line rankings using Performance and financial indicators
  • Editing complete report for the animation sessions with the priorities and topics requiring an improvement  from the management team. 

Monitoring and analysing Production Performance data:
  • Responsible for the monitoring of cluster projects through the MPP Tracker : Financial but also Quality check back CI / % trust 
  • Compiling GE Glide Path / Comparison between Real and Budget every month
  • Monitoring GEs declared in WATERFALL and the coherence between Budget and Real commitment
  • Monitoring the WASTE Glide Path for the Cluster
  • Focusing implementation of specific monitoring for the cost centers on demand : CBRE / Costs MP /MC / MOVI etc 
  • Participating in CI Clubs and Maintenance to present the results of analysis and raised the challenge.
  • Animating a Cluster for the Global Monthly Dashboard with the main reporting points.

Analysing and benchmarking maintenance: 
  • Cross-analysis of financial data from Maintenance / Cluster Comparison / ETP / Expenditure Allocation
  • From the LAVINA indicators : comparative analysis of the situation in our maintenance departments
  • Monitoring of maintenance expenses / deviations 

Conducting targeted CI Projects: 
  • You will be involved in analysis issues coming from factory requests
  • You will participate in problem analysis
  • You will implement measurement / data collection plans to assist in the analysis and the search for solutions

Assisting in structuring analysis files: 
  • You will occasionally be asked to perform targeted (financial) analysis to help control impacts of change or global projects at the cluster level. 

 

 


Main Responsibilities
 
For the 7 factories of the Cluster :
You will be responsible for the respect and the implementation of the existing Loss Analysis Process :
  • Preparation of the Economic data for each site
  • Data collection and analysis in a coherent and sequenced way
  • You will produce data rankings for the cluster’s production lines 
  • You will produce comparative analyses of the financial data by categories for the factories
  • You will ensure that the calculations are consistent from one site to another
  • You will control the relevance of the financial or other data you produce
  • You will build a standard model of loss analysis presentation to help the leaders
  • You will help with the animation by visiting the factories 
  • You will write detailed and precise reports for the work carried out during the animation sessions
  • You will help with the implementation to allow the sites to present a productivity envelope to the AC19 with more than 80% of already identified projects

You will be responsible for the update of our monitoring tool Productivity Projects Cluster (MPP Tracker)
  • You will participate in the Files update calls
  • You will format the file so it can be user friendly
  • You will update the financial data AND the qualitative information regarding the project, as well as the probablility of implementation (full or partially) within the expected deadlines
  • You will produce a ranking for each factory on late and / or cancelled projects

You will support the analysis of financial data and performance indicators for the Cluster
  • You will effectively format the collected data to better understand them and decide the actions needed for improvement.
  • You will analyze with a manufacturing thinking to better understand the conclusions. 




Qualifications

 
Required Profile
 
Knowledge

  • MS Excel Skills / Speed of execution
  • Knowledge in controlling / Confident handling Finance (Preferred)
  • Skills in Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement (Preferred)

Skills/leadership competencies
  • Ability to analyse large amounts of data
  • Ability to perform analysis from SAP
  • Ability to identify trends in numbers
  • Ability to analyse good data to identify root causes

Experience
  • Bac+2 or equivalent (Undergraduate or Graduate)
  • Continuous Improvement experience
  • Industrial / Manufacturing  (Preferred)
  • CI / Data collection  (Preferred)

Language
  • English (Fluent spoken and written)
  • French

Conditions

  • Temporary contract with extension opportunity : 6-9 months
  • Location: Picardie, Usine Château-Thierry
