Business Development Director – France
We are looking for a Business Development Director / Account Director in France to work within the BioPharma market.
Our client, a global full service CRO is looking to expand their portfolio of clients and wants to target the BioPharma market.
Your main responsibilities will be :
- Engage with new clients
- Actively be able to generate new clients in order to generate new business
- Focus on increasing the client portfolio through successful sales and business development activity
- Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers for accounts
- Sell the entire solution portfolio across R&D, Commercial, Technology, Data and Consulting (product lifecycle) and close value deals.
Essential skills and experience for the successful candidate will include :
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales, account management, consultative selling role
• Experience in CRO, CMO, CDMO, Consultancy company
• Strong experience of selling clinical research services to clients
• Clear understanding of the global issue of pricing, access, drug development and commercialization. Ideally with a stronger R&D focus
• Sales experience from a CRO or a consultancy firm
• Prove track record of having consistently achieved sales targets
• Excellent communication skills
• People with experience only in selling pharma products will not be consider for this role
