Job Summary/Purpose :


Train, supervises and controls the work of  BBQ at Shang Palace Kitchen cooks to the standard agreed by the management

To maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the Shang Palace Kitchen, according to the standards required by the management.

 

Key Areas :

 

  • Overall in charge of BBQ, controlling BBQ items in quality and quantity.
  • Marinated soya items and cold dishes

 

Minimum 3 years experience in an International Class Hotel.
