  • Understand M.A.C, the challenges the brand is facing in EMEA region and the Business Model.

  • Own the insight, competitive knowledge and brand positioning.

  • Identify and build innovative consumer marketing strategies and plans to drive education, engagement and product adoption.

  • Develop Advertising Guidelines and campaigns based on regional and local relevant insights to positively impact the market and strengthen our brand.

  • Ensure perfect implementation of Advertising campaigns by following Global Advertising Process with Global team in NY

  • Build case studies and best practices to share internally

  • Identify partners and build collaborations to reach new audiences with our messages and initiatives.

  • Work cross functionally with different teams from Glob Com, Product, Artist Relations to Corporate Online teams in order to obtain alignment on core goals and objectives.

  • Measure: track success of all efforts through the building of campaign reports.



The individual must be or have:

  • Recent university graduate

  • At least 1 to 3 years’ experience in consumer marketing, experience & expertise in digital is mandatory

  • Strives for excellence in execution as being the link between Global Team (NY) and Local team for Advertising topics

  • Good analytics skills, strategic vision and must be results oriented

  • A highly entrepreneurial mindset: this role will require a unique level of problem solving and acting like an entrepreneur.

  • Ability to juggle and track multiple teams, projects and stakeholders in very fast moving environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Huge passion and interest in beauty as well as in digital/social media

  • Fluent in English

  • Experience in Cosmetics, Fashion or Retail Area or within a digital agency is a plus
